The Atal Setu is poised to revolutionize travel, providing faster connectivity to both Mumbai International Airport and Navi Mumbai International Airport. Moreover, it is expected to significantly reduce travel time between Mumbai, Pune, Goa, and South India. Additionally, the bridge will play a pivotal role in improving connectivity between Mumbai Port and Jawaharlal Nehru Port, contributing to the economic growth of the region.
The foundation stone for this groundbreaking project was laid by the Prime Minister in December 2016, and its completion marks a milestone in the realization of a vision aimed at facilitating the lives of millions through enhanced connectivity and convenience.
