NABARD Young Professional Selection Process 2026
Candidates’ selection for the NABARD Young Professional Program on a 1-year contractual basis will be based on Application Screening and Interview.
Step 1 – Application Screening – Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on a matrix of various identified indicators such as academic performance, relevance of work experience, overall profile of the candidate, statement of intent, and other relevant factors.
Step 2- Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interviews, which will be held at the respective NABARD Regional Offices of the states for which the vacancies have been announced. The final selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the combined marks obtained in the presentation and interview.
NABARD Young Professional Salary 2026
Candidates selected for Young Professionals will be offered the monthly stipend of Rs. 70,000/- (all inclusive). This stipend is paid monthly throughout the duration of the contract and is subject to applicable income tax deductions at source.
